My friend Charles is an awesome artist. It's not so much that I commissioned him to do this picture for me for any reason, but this is the story.

Back in undergrad, we worked together and sometimes he'd have his sketchbook in the break room with him. I always demanded he draw me something, but he didn't. After I left Charlottesville, he disappeared from the face of the planet for awhile. He just recently decided to come out from under whatever rock he was hiding and of course, I said he still owed me. So he gave me a choice between Transformers and Super Mario Bros. I chose. And ta-da! Isn't the final product awesome?!?!? Feel free to recommend him, give him props on his work, or just say hi to him ahhah.
